Fair by design

Applicants are evaluated on financial need and the legitimacy of the medical obligation. We do not ask about or consider race, religion, nationality, citizenship, immigration status, or political affiliation.

Protect every donated dollar

Before using charitable funds, we check whether a bill can reasonably be reduced through provider assistance, corrections, appeals, or available discounts. Whenever practical, approved assistance is paid directly to the healthcare provider.
